Final for my figure drawing for illustrators... last project of the year! Yay!

It's an amazon woman (of the north) on her loyal wolf-steed.

5/13/06: Edit: I re-worked a lot of things, mostly the woman's face and body shading. I also fixed a lot of the sky and other things.

Beautiful! I love your use of colors! They're so vibrant and contrasting against the background and the wolf. I also love how you drew the wolf, it is awesome, those eyes! I really like the concept and I must also mention the contrast of the woman and wolf; not that women are not powerful, on the contrary, the fact that she is able to tame such a strong and unpredictable creature is really a wonderful idea!

It's also quite thought provoking as well! What is her story? I think it will make each viewer stop to think! :+fav:!
