first of all, your avatar is so weeeiiird! It really made me laugh! ^^

And this drawing is stunning

I absolutley adore the way you've done the background, it looks so beautiful

I also really liek the tree, and the lights in the picture looks magical.
Only thing I would point my finger at is the wand (or watever she is holding). I think it should be a bit thinner maybe? But other than that it looks perfect <3

Your use of colour is amazing and the lighting, do you work in colour first or grey values and colour at the end I tend to work in values first then add colour but they never seem as vibrant. Also love the magic glow you have going on
